ORDERS

All orders are subject to acceptance, stock availability, and confirmation of payment.

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase our products. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods and send you a dispatch confirmation email.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or product unavailability.

An order confirmation email will be issued upon successful transaction.

You are responsible for inspecting the goods within 7 days of receipt. Any discrepancies or damages must be reported to us within that timeframe with photographic evidence.

We do not accept responsibility for any order errors caused by incorrect information entered by the customer during checkout.

Pre-orders or backorders may be offered with estimated dispatch dates clearly stated on the product page. These estimates are subject to change and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery timeline. Customers placing pre-orders or backorders will be notified of dispatch or any significant delays via email.

PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Payments must be made in full before dispatch. We accept Stripe as our secure payment gateway.

All transactions are subject to fraud screening and verification procedures.

Promotional discounts must be applied at checkout and cannot be retroactively claimed.

For international orders, currency conversion fees may apply, and the final amount charged may vary depending on your payment provider’s exchange rate.

DELIVERY

UK Deliveries: Typically 2–5 business days.

International Deliveries: Delivery timelines vary depending on destination and customs procedures.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We are not liable for courier delays, customs processes, or events of force majeure.

You are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

For international orders, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or other fees levied by the destination country.

WARRANTY (AS A CONTRACTUAL TERM)

All Regista Football V1 products are built to professional standards and are subject to rigorous quality control. The Regista Football V1 is covered by a 6-month limited manufacturer warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship under normal playing conditions and with proper care. "Normal playing conditions" refer to use on appropriate playing surfaces for footballs and with proper inflation.

Covered:

-Defective bladder/air retention issues not caused by over or under inflation.

-Seam or panel detachment occurring under normal use.

-Manufacturing or bonding faults.

Not Covered:

- Cosmetic damage resulting from regular play (e.g., scuffs, fading).

-Damage caused by misuse, playing on rough or abrasive surfaces, improper storage, or incorrect inflation.

- Water damage resulting from submersion, prolonged exposure to moisture, or improper care.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

To initiate a warranty claim under these Terms, please contact us at info@registafootball.com with clear photos of the issue, a detailed description of the problem, and your original proof of purchase. We aim to respond to warranty claims within 3–5 working days. Any refund issued under this contractual warranty will not exceed the original purchase price.

RETURNS & REFUNDS (GOVERNED BY OUR SEPARATE POLICY)

LIABILITY

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

- We are not responsible for damages resulting from improper use, storage, or unauthorised alterations.

Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.2

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, branding elements, product designs, and intellectual property associated with Regista Football—including logos, trademarks, website content, and product imagery—are the sole property of Regista Football Limited.

No use, reproduction, or distribution is permitted without our express written authorisation. Any unauthorised use of our website content, including scraping, reproduction, or republication, is strictly prohibited.

By tagging @registaballs or using #RegistaV1 on social media, you grant Regista Football Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to repost or use such content for promotional purposes across our platforms. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how user-generated content is handled.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
