Clarity for Confidence
We’ve compiled the most common questions from players, coaches, and buyers to help you get the most from your Regista V1. Still need help. Email us directly: info@registafootball.com.
Why does the ball come inflated, and how does this affect delivery pricing?
To maximise the performance of the Regista V1, we ship it fully inflated. Unlike stitched balls, our thermally bonded construction is engineered for elite-level consistency—deflating and reinflating can compromise shape retention and surface integrity over time. By delivering the V1 inflated, we preserve its match-ready feel straight out of the box. While this may slightly increase delivery costs due to parcel dimensions, it ensures you receive the ball as it was designed to perform: flawless, balanced, and ready for play.
Do you offer customisation options for footballs, such as adding our club or league logo?
Yes, we provide customisation services for the Regista Football V1, allowing clubs and leagues to add their logos to the ball—up to two placements per ball. This process is integrated during manufacturing, so designs must be finalised before production begins. Full payment is required upfront for customised orders, as these items are tailored specifically and cannot be resold. Customisation orders are accepted during specific periods aligned with our production schedule. We recommend contacting us in advance to ensure timely delivery for your season or event.
What materials are used in the Regista Football V1?
The V1 is built with 1.0mm advanced PU leather featuring a microdot texture for grip and control, pro-grade EPDM foam, and a 4-way stretch fabric backing. Inside, an 80% Gutau butyl bladder ensures elite air retention and shape integrity.
Is the V1 certified by FIFA?
The V1 is built to meet FIFA Quality Pro performance standards and is fully IMS compliant. While not yet officially FIFA-certified, the construction and testing align with those required standards.
How long does the V1 last under regular use?
Under normal training or match use, the V1 has been tested to withstand 8,000+ high-impact cycles with less than 3mm circumference deviation — maintaining shape, rebound, and grip.
Is this ball suitable for professional matches?
The V1 is engineered for elite-level training and match play, and performs consistently across natural grass, 3G/4G, and indoor surfaces.
Is the ball waterproof?
The V1 features advanced thermal bonding which limits water absorption to under 8%, ensuring weight, balance, and playability remain consistent even in wet conditions.
Where is the V1 manufactured?
The ball is manufactured at a high-standard OEM factory used by global football brands. The facility operates with full QA protocols, material certification, and performance testing aligned with FIFA and IMS expectations.
Do you offer team or bulk discounts?
Yes. We provide exclusive discounts to clubs, coaches, and academies ordering 5+ units. Contact us directly at info@registafootball.com for your quote.
What’s the ideal inflation pressure?
Inflate the V1 to 11 – 14 PSI for optimal performance. The ball is designed to hold between 11–14 PSI with only a 25% pressure drop over 30 days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. UK shipping is active and international shipping is available upon request. Please email us for availability and rates to your country.
What if the ball arrives faulty or damaged?
Regista V1 comes with a 6-month warranty. If your ball arrives with a manufacturing defect (e.g. glue peeling, air leakage, or bladder failure), we’ll replace it. Just send photos and your order info to info@registafootball.com.
