RETURNS
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. Products must be unused, in their original packaging (in resalable condition, including all original tags and accessories), and accompanied by proof of purchase. Submit return requests via our Returns Portal or by emailing info@registafootball.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. Products must be securely packaged in their original packaging. We are not liable for damage caused during return transit due to poor packaging. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
WARRANTY COVERAGE
Our 6-month warranty covers the Regista Football V1 against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery, under normal playing conditions and with proper care. "Normal playing conditions" refer to use on appropriate playing surfaces for footballs and with proper inflation. Covered: • Issues with air retention not due to incorrect inflation • Failure of glue or seams • Detachment of panels occurring under normal use Not Covered: • Damage resulting from misuse, rough or abrasive surfaces, or incorrect inflation • Damage caused by water exposure or submersion • Cosmetic wear and tear, including scuffs, marks, or fading from regular use To claim: Email info@registafootball.com Subject: Warranty Claim – [Order Number] Include purchase proof, a detailed description of the defect, and clear supporting photographs. Response time: 3–5 working days. If your claim is approved, we will offer a refund or replacement, including original postage costs. Any refund issued under warranty will not exceed the original purchase price.

- Profile Data: Includes your username and password, purchases5or orders made by you, your interests and preferences, feedback, and survey responses.6
- Returns and Warranty Data: Includes name and contact information, order details (purchase date, item, order number), images or videos showing product defects, and a description of the issue, collected when processing returns or warranty claims.
- User-Generated Content: Content you may post or share on our social media channels (e.g., tagging us in photos).
POSTAGE COSTS
Warranty-related returns: postage covered by Regista Football. We will provide a prepaid shipping label or instructions for return postage. Non-faulty returns: cost of return shipping (e.g., £3.50) will be deducted from your refund. This will be clearly communicated during the return approval process.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
EXCHANGES
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please complete the returns process for a refund and place a new order separately.
