Your Regista V1 is backed by a 6 month limited warranty from the date of purchase. We stand by the build quality and components of every football. If your ball develops any of the following issues during regular use:

• Air leakage not caused by over/under inflation
• Surface peeling or bonding failure
• Valve or bladder failure not due to misuse We’ll replace the item or send a replacement in your next order. Simply email clear photos, your order number, and a brief description to info@registafootball.com. We aim to resolve warranty claims within 3–5 working days.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by over inflation, punctures, or misuse.

Return Policy

• 30 Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return unused items in their original packaging for a full refund or exchange.
• Condition of Items: Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging and tags.
• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Return Process

1. Contact Us: Before returning an item, please email us at info@registafootball.comwith your order number and reason for return to obtain return authorization.
2. Prepare Your Return: Securely package the item, including the original receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

• Inspection: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Processing: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Exchanges

• Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at info@registafootball.comwithin 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
• Other Exchanges: For exchanges due to size or preference, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Exceptions

• Customized or Personalized Items: These items are non-returnable unless defective or due to our error.
• Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items are final sale unless defective.
